Distributor Refund Policy

Retail Customer Refund Policy

GreatLife International offers, through its Distributors, a 100% money-back guarantee to all Retail Customers. Every Distributor shall honor the Retail Customer Refund Policy. If for any reason a Retail Customer is dissatisfied with a GreatLife International product, the Retail Customer may return the product to the Distributor within thirty (30) days of purchase for a full refund. (The Distributor receiving the Retail Commissions is considered the seller.)

Refunds on Resale of Products by Distributors

Any Distributor who resells product to the ultimate consumer is responsible for paying out any refunds based on returns. The Distributor is expected to conduct their business in a manner consistent with the company Policies and Procedures, including strict adherence to the company refund policy. Any violation of this policy will be immediate grounds for suspension or termination of distributorship rights.

Distributor Refund Policy

GreatLife International will refund any dissatisfied purchasing distributor of any GreatLife International product ninety-percent (90%) for a period of (1) one year from the date of purchase of the product, excluding shipping charges, sales tax and applicable bonus and commissions earned. Payment will be made only upon return of reasonably sound, unopened, unaltered, resalable and restockable products. After the expiration of the (1) one year period there will be no refund.

If for any reason a Distributor refuses delivery of an order the return is subject to a 10% re-stocking fee. Please note assisted order fees and all shipping costs to and from the Distributor are the responsibility of the Distributor in this instance.

Distributor Kit: GreatLife International will refund any dissatisfied purchaser of a Distributor Starter Kit one-hundred-percent (100%) for a period of seventy-two (72) hours from the date of receipt of the kit. Payment will be made upon return of reasonably sound, unopened, unaltered, resalable and restockable kit. After the applicable time has passed any refunds will be made at Company sole discretion. GreatLife International does not accept returns of individual items contained in Distributor Kit unless the items are defective.

If a Distributor is returning his/her initial Distributor Kit, GreatLife International will interpret this as resigning the distributorship and the Distributor's account will be closed. The Distributor will not be eligible for distributorship for 180 days.

Any commissions paid on returned merchandise will be deducted from the upline Distributor's commission who received commission credit on the product being returned. Any other refund, such as refund on any limited quantity GreatLife International products may be made within the sole discretion of the company.

Returns Procedures

To enable prompt and efficient processing of the product returns, obtaining prior authorization before returning product is required. Authorization can be obtained by calling GreatLife International Customer/Distributor Service at 770-874-6192 and receive an RMA (Return Material/s Authorization). Returned packages may not be accepted if the RMA number is not present and readable on the outside of the package.

Once an RMA has been obtained, product must be returned within 30 days or the RMA will automatically cancel and no refund will be allowed.
